Nestled in the heart of Bonita, Sweetwater Farms is more than just a working horse ranch -it’s a home away from home for generation of riders. Established in 1985 by Roberta Jackson, a San Diegan native with a lifelong passion for horses, the farm has grown into a thriving equestrian community where students of all ages come to learn, grow , and form lasting connections with both horses and people.

Today, Sweetwater Farms provides many equestrian services, including a Riding Academy, Camps for children, the Sweetwater Show Series, events, a Leadership program, and a United States Pony Club Riding Center.
