Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Barn, Arena or Boarding using the EC Pro system. EC Pro US, as a service provider to Red Barn Training, does not issue refunds on behalf of Red Barn Training.

Please contact the Barn, Arena or Boarding directly. Red Barn Training is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
